Team Alignment Workshop using photo journaling. 
When a team isn’t cohering well and relationships take a tumble, try a Team Alignment workshop. An innovative and effective approach where team members choose a photo, journal in silence to spark thoughts onto the page, readying for an open and structured discussion. The use of image, metaphor and an external representation of the current team challenge, is a way into a conversation that can make all the difference.

These one-hour sessions follow the structure of an action learning set, a highly effective way for colleagues to coach each other, communicate concisely and problem-solve together.
