I’m Nicky, an islander who set sail for London decades back! After a decade working overseas – mostly Central and Eastern Europe – I now live on the south coast of England, with a view (with binoculars) back to the island I came from! 

I am an ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) with over 15 years’ coaching experience across private, public and the humanitarian sectors. I work with intrapreneurs, new hires and senior leaders and MD founders, including solo and serial entrepreneurs. 

I have an MSc in therapeutic writing and an MA in human rights, with years in the field as NGO development consultant, trainer, project manager, rapporteur and fundraiser. 

I am creative and strategic, I am grounded and inspirational. 

I have won awards in adult learning for Inspiration (2015) and for Innovation in education design (2016).

I write.
